O.I e- commerce Manager Position oversees the brand’s online sales, monitors online sell- in and sell- out excellence, and manages the e- retail team.

Inventory Strategy & Management:
• Lead inventory planning and allocation strategy across all e- commerce channels.
• Develop strategies to prevent stock- outs or overstock situations.
• Forecast inventory demand for major campaigns (Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, Livestream events).
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Monitor inventory performance including: Sell- through rate, Stock coverage, Days of inventory, Slow- moving SKUs.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize sales strategies.
• Develop and oversee the annual and monthly campaign calendar across e- commerce platforms.
• Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure campaign readiness, including: Promotional strategy, Landing pages, Campaign creatives.
• Lead execution of major platform campaigns such as: Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, Brand Day campaigns.
P&L Ownership & Commercial Strategy:
• Monitor and manage key financial metrics including: GMV / Net revenue, Platform fees, Marketing and advertising costs, Promotion and discount expenses.
• Analyze product and campaign profitability.
• Manage and optimize e- commerce investment and budget allocation.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and product bundling to maximize profitability.
• Own the P&L performance of the e- commerce business.
E- commerce Operations Management:
• Manage relationships with platform account managers to secure traffic opportunities and platform support.
• Coordinate cross- functionally with: Customer Service, Logistics / Supply Chain, Marketing teams.
• Ensure all operations comply with platform policies and guidelines.
• Oversee the daily operations of all marketplace stores, including: Product listing and merchandising, Pricing and promotion setup, Store layout optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Reporting, Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
• Provide data- driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including: GMV, Traffic, Conversion rate, Average order value, Campaign performance.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities across product assortment, traffic sources, and campaign strategies.
