- Collaborate cross- functionally with internal teams to achieve the highest possible fulfillment success rate.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Coordinate with SCM and Service teams to resolve delivery, installation, and post- sales issues efficiently.
- Handle customer refund and return cases in accordance with OBS/e- commerce platform policies and dropship partner procedures, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Work closely with the Sales team to manage end- user orders, including order confirmation, requirement clarification, address changes, and delivery scheduling, ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.
- Support the Sales team with additional order processing, special requests, and the execution of monthly promotional campaigns for end users.
- Demonstrate a strong sales- oriented and customer- centric mindset with a proactive, service- driven attitude.
- Manage and enhance customer experience across all touchpoints, identifying opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
