EHS Engineer

Responsible for implementing and maintaining Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards. This role focuses on risk assessment, incident prevention, and continuous improvement of EHS performance across the manufacturing site.
Work Location: Nhơn Trạch 1, Đồng Nai/ VSIP, Bình Dương

Implement and maintain EHS programs in compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments, EHS audits, and lead corrective/preventive actions to improve safety performance.

Ensure full compliance with local EHS regulations, permits, and reporting requirements.
Manage hazardous materials, contractor safety, and EHS documentation; coordinate with authorities when required.

Conduct EHS training and awareness programs; support internal audits and EHS initiatives.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents; implement preventive actions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS operations in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is required.

Skills

Ability to deliver EHS training and communicate effectively.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and EHS regulations.
Intermediate English communication skills.
Good analytical and problem- solving skills.
Familiar with EHS programs such as LOTO, chemical safety, fire safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene.
