Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal Events & Employer Branding Support (80%)
· Coordinate logistics for employee recognition programs.
· Help execute activities to enhance the company’s presence and reputation.
· Assist in organizing team- building events and HR- led initiatives.
HR administrative and Documentation Support (10%)
· Ensure proper filing, and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
· Input and maintain HR- related data in the system.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for HR activities.
· Assist with scheduling and logistics for interviews, meetings, and other HR activities.
Recruitment Assistance (Hanoi Office) (5%)
· Prepare onboarding materials.
· Assist in job posting on various recruitment platforms.
Other HR Support Tasks (5%)
· Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the HR team.
· Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
· Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
