Be aware of all aspects of all technical features and maintenance requirements of the Resort, including among others, the following: water treatment, drainage and sewage, swimming pool system, kitchen equipment, fire alarm system, phone system./Nắm rõ toàn bộ các hệ thống kỹ thuật và yêu cầu bảo trì của khu nghỉ dưỡng, bao gồm: xử lý nước, thoát nước và nước thải, hệ thống hồ bơi, thiết bị bếp, hệ thống báo cháy, hệ thống điện thoại.
Tracking the progress not only observing but also creating working forms conducted and followed up by host members./Theo dõi tiến độ công việc, đồng thời thiết lập biểu mẫu làm việc và giám sát việc thực hiện của nhân viên.
Ensures the implementation and follow up of ongoing preventive maintenance programs./Đảm bảo triển khai và theo dõi các chương trình bảo trì phòng ngừa.
Make up- to- date energy consumption reports./Cập nhật và lập báo cáo tiêu thụ năng lượng định kỳ.
Ensures sufficient amount of spare parts are always on hand./Đảm bảo luôn có đủ phụ tùng thay thế cần thiết.
Assists in the maintenance and monitoring of established safety and emergency procedures./Hỗ trợ duy trì và giám sát các quy trình an toàn và xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp.
Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting routine inspections and determining appropriate rectification measures./Duy trì cơ sở vật chất và thiết bị thông qua việc kiểm tra định kỳ và đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục phù hợp.
Complete any other duty assigned by their Chief Engineering / Assistant Chief Engineering./Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng Bộ phận Kỹ thuật / Trợ lý Trưởng bộ phận.
Assists in maintaining efficient administration within the engineering department./Hỗ trợ đảm bảo công tác hành chính của bộ phận kỹ thuật được vận hành hiệu quả.
Assists in the preparation of duty rosters, vacation plans and public holiday scheduling./Hỗ trợ lập lịch làm việc, kế hoạch nghỉ phép và phân ca trong các ngày lễ.
Maintains systems to be able to handle day- to- day guest requests quickly and efficiently./Đảm bảo các hệ thống luôn sẵn sàng để xử lý yêu cầu hàng ngày của khách một cách nhanh chóng và hiệu quả.
Ensures the implementation and follow up of energy conservation programs./Đảm bảo triển khai và theo dõi các chương trình tiết kiệm năng lượng.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or engineering field./Có ít nhất 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khách sạn hoặc kỹ thuật.
Basic English communication skills./Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field./Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan.
