Supervise and carry out the operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel kitchen equipment, including cooking appliances, refrigeration units, dishwashers, exhaust and ventilation systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and operational impact on Kitchen and F&B outlets.
Work closely with Culinary and F&B teams to support daily operations and special events.
Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance records; lead and train engineering technicians assigned to kitchen areas.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors for equipment servicing, installation, and warranty claims.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, fire & life safety regulations, and food safety requirements.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure continuous and safe kitchen operations.

Effective communication skills, good time management, excellent guest- services skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required
1 to 2 years minimum in a similar position required.
