English and Communication Trainer

As an English & Communication Trainer of our People Operations & Empowerment (POE) Team, you will employ your expertise in developing customized training programs and in- depth coaching to improve the English language and (professional) communication skills of our employees across the organization. Reporting to the People Ops Director, you will collaborate closely with other business partners to implement innovative and engaging training programs that align with our business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and organizational goals
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to employees to support them embed theoretical materials into their professional practice and development
- Proactively collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs
- Frequently assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and methodologies
- Develop and conduct interactive and engaging training programs on English language proficiency and effective (professional) communication skills
