Environment Engineer

HR2B&039;s client is searching for a passionate and energized Environment Engineer to drive and manage EHS programs and processes for Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) as it moves through tool install, qualification, start- up phases, and into a sustaining mode. Representing the Intel Environmental, Health and Safety EHS Organization in the area of environmental engineering.
- Partnering with factory customers to enable future technologies.
- Influencing partner organizations to increase ownership and buy in of environmental programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Interpretation of sampling data and preparing compliance reports.
- Communicating at all levels in an organization, including contractors, technicians, engineers, and managers.
- Teaming up with other EHS professionals on a site, regional and worldwide level to share learnings, increase innovation and drive synergy throughout the company.
- Completing compliance self- assessments to gauge the health of the environmental programs.
- Identifying areas needed for improvement to ensure regulatory compliance is met.
- Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations, including local regulations, and company policies.
- Reviewing waste data and documents to prepare shipments to treatment suppliers.
- Structure problem- solving and root cause analysis.
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have Skills):
- 2- 3 years of working experience in the EHS field. (1- 3 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry or international companies is preferred).
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Environmental Engineering, or other EHS- related degrees.
