Event Marketing Intern

Follow up on customer requests via group chat and brief internal designers for posters and menus.
Complete ad- hoc tasks as requested by management
Assist in requesting POSM/FOC items and coordinate with the warehouse to deliver POSM/FOC to shops participating in display programs.
Job Description:Assist with brand marketing administration and activities in the Vietnam market.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
Assist in following up on payments with suppliers/bartenders.
Assist in coordinating events.
Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
Support social media activities: translate content calendars and create content for social posts.
Requirement:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Confident in English writing and speaking.
Internship duration: 6 months (full- time).
Passionate, outgoing, and team- oriented.
Open to undergraduate students majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields.
Willingness to work in a team environment.
