Event Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist on request POSM/FOC and arrange with Warehouse to delivery
• Assist in brand marketing administration and activities in the Vietnam market.
• Assist to co- ordinate events.
POSM/FOC for shop who join the display product program.
• Follow with customer request on group chat to brief for internal designer for
poster & menu.
• Administrative support to the marketing team.
• Assist to follow payment with supplier/bartender.
• Social media support: Translation content calendar; Create content on Social
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.

PERSONAL SPECS
• Open for undergraduate student in Marketing / Public Relation / Events
• Internship duration: 6 months (Full time)
Management or relating major.
• Passion, outgoing, teamoriented.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Be Confident in English writing & speaking.
• Handle multiple of tasks.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
