F&B Guest Relations (Expat)

• Maintain a strong presence during service and build relationships with in- house and returning guests.
• Welcome and interact with guests across F&B outlets to ensure an excellent dining experience.
• Promote F&B outlets, signature dishes, and special dining experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and support service recovery when needed.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage Managers and the F&B team to ensure smooth operations.

Expat candidate with experience in luxury hospitality or high- end restaurants.
2–3 years experience in Guest Relations, F&B service, or restaurant operations.
Strong communication skills and guest- focused personality.
