Financial Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
Provide complex financial and business- related analysis and research for financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Business Unit and Operation in financial monitoring and analysis process by each customer.
- Detail analysis of cost variance analysis by nature. Prepare various financial analyses for internal management use
- Analyzes present and future financial performance of company.
- Provides summaries and analysis of special studies conducted and prepare recommendations for management to implement policies and guidelines to improve Jabil’s financial position.
- Train other employees both within and outside the department
- Ad Hoc analyses tasks
- Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, and general business conditions.
- Understand well the Material costing variance and provide the analysis to partner for action improvement
Knowledge requirements:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Good skill on develops financial analysis by Power BI/Dashboard and VBA to improve the current working data.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Strong scenarios planning and financial modeling.

- Have 2- 4 years of experience in corporate finance, management accounting, accounting in manufacturing industry or MNC
- Good at problem solving, detail- oriented, interpersonal skill, and pressure management
- Good English communication
- Experience with Power BI development, Microsoft Copilot, and applying AI tools in daily work is an advantage.
- Experience of GAAP, making financial statement, cost accounting, and inventory accounting
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance/auditing
