Financial Controller

Lead, train, and develop the accounting team.
Analyze costs, revenue, and profitability; propose optimization solutions.
Develop internal control systems and manage financial risks.
Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the hotel/company.
Manage cash flow and accounts receivable/payable.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).

Good command of English.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
Strong analytical, leadership, and management skills.
