Welcome members/guests and answer phone calls.
Clean and tidy counters, shelves; refill towels, T- shirts, and shorts.
Monitor supplies (towels, toilet rolls, stationery) and request replenishment as needed.
Collect membership cards, record details, provide linen items and locker keys, and return cards upon departure.
Ensure showers, locker rooms, lights, and overall cleanliness of the Fitness Centre.
Check Daily Log Book, Out- of- Order Record, and Towel Change Record for accuracy.
Provide guests with information on facilities and services.
Maintain income logs, update weekly membership list, and remind unpaid members to renew.
Collect and return float money to the front desk cashier daily.
Handle payments, issue bills, update membership expiry dates and records; ensure all payments are double- checked.

Good computer skills- Initiative, courteous, hard working and attentive to details
Good command of spoken and written English
Working experience with Opera system is an advantage
Having experiences at the same position in hospitality is a plus
