Track and improve the productivity of the Operations and Shipper teams to meet Fulfillment Cost and Last Mile Cost targets.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and execute cross- functional projects aligned with company objectives.
Manage warehouse layout, facilities, and equipment.
Build long- term warehouse solutions by applying lean processes, modern technology, and equipment to improve operational efficiency.
Build Excel- based operation systems and gradually work with the internal Tech team to migrate them to internal systems.
Monitor the overall operational system to ensure data readiness, security, and smooth daily operations.
Manage the Operations team to ensure smooth daily deliveries and promptly resolve operational issues.
Monitor key operational KPIs, including On- Time Delivery, Fill Rate, Incident Rate, and Wastage Rate.
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Operations team members.
Work with the Technology team to design and implement long- term operation systems.
Design and implement KPIs and bonus schemes to improve lead time, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the Line Manager.
Lead the Delivery Operations team, manage shipper- related issues, and balance in- house and external logistics resources for optimal efficiency.
Manage inventory and implement preventive measures to control operational losses.

3+ years in similar roles
Proactive, self- motivation, result- focus, Eager to learn new things.
Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
Experience of managing team size of 50+ people/ 300+ fulfillment orders per day
Native in Vietnamese and Business English
