General Accountant (District 6, HCMC)
Valona is a fast- growing adhesive manufacturer with a newly established production facility in Tay Ninh and corporate headquarters in HCMC. We are experiencing rapid growth and a fast- paced environment as we go global. We need an organized, senior- level professional to manage our finance data and support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting: Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements and internal management reports
Cost Accounting: Monitor factory inventory, calculate production costs (COGS), and handle any discrepancies
Tax & Cash Flow: Manage VAT/PIT filings, cash flow, and accounts receivable/payable.
Reconciliation: Check and reconcile accounting data between detailed and general ledgers; ensure accuracy between HCMC office and Tay Ninh factory records
Ops Support: Handle import- export accounting and assist with payroll for office and factory staff

Requirements:

Logical & Organized: Must have strong logical thinking, be well- organized, and highly responsible
Pressure: Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, high- pressure environment
Software: Proficient in MISA, Excel, and office tools
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of tax regulations and cost accounting
Solid Experience: Proven, solid experience in accountancy (manufacturing sector preferred)
