Coordinate workforce in the production shift, train and guide workers.
Supervise production activities to ensure progress and product quality.
Monitor and control material usage to minimize waste.
Report on production status and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and cleanliness standards.

Strong leadership, team management, and problem- solving skills.
Graduate from : College/University.
Proficient in office software; knowledge of production management systems is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
