Networld Asia Group is looking for a passionate and detail- oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, multi- disciplinary creative team. This role plays a crucial part in transforming insights and strategies into compelling visual assets across a variety of industries and platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure each design solution aligns with brand strategy and creative objectives.
Job Description
Proactively consult with internal team and clients on visual approaches and design direction to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with Account teams to gather debriefs, brand insights, key messages, and creative directions from clients across different sectors (FMCG, fashion, tech, lifestyle, etc.).
Design a wide range of assets including key visuals, social media content, branding materials, digital ads, packaging mockups, presentation slides, etc.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and concepts based on campaign briefs and business objectives.
Perform other creative or design- related tasks as assigned.
Ensure consistency of visual output with brand tone, guidelines, and target audience expectations.
Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives into every project.
Translate ideas into strong visual concepts through moodboards, sketches, and presentation decks that tell a compelling story.
Requirements
Proficient in using graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD…);
Clear, creative, and supportable;
Always keep up- to- date with industry best- practice, new technologies, and trends;
Knowledge in Sketch, UI/UX, Artificial Intelligence is an advantage;
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a can- do attitude;
Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects;
At least 2 years of experience performing as a Designer in agencies;
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate.
Had experience and artistic mindset of various categories in advertising industry;
