Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Designer to join our team – creating impactful visual experiences in a truly multinational environment with global partners.Are you someone who thrives on turning ideas into clean, on- brand digital designs? Do you enjoy crafting high- quality visuals that are ready for development and marketing use? If your strengths include UI design in Figma, web and marketing assets, and collaborating closely with developers and content teams, then this role is for you.
What You Will Do:

Long- form collateral: brochures, eBooks/whitepapers, one- pagers, case studies; export press- ready and web- optimized files.
Videos: short clips with images/text/music.
Marketing & brand design: social/retargeting banners, ad sets, landing hero graphics, email headers, infographics, event KVs, icon sets.
Additional Web Design: design/update web/landing mockups in Figma; prepare assets (SVGs, images, thumbnails), name & compress correctly; basic QA vs. designs.
Design systems: maintain brand styles, grids, and reusable components for consistency and speed.
Workflow & collaboration: join client/internal calls, take notes, confirm requirements; deliver clear briefs/updates; coordinate fixes with Dev/Content.

Must- have:

English (B1+) to join calls, take notes, and write clear updates.
Experience preparing assets for WordPress or similar web builds; comfortable working with Dev/Content.
Strong graphic fundamentals: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing; basic accessibility (readability/contrast).
Adobe Illustrator (vector cleanup, icons, simple illustrations) & Photoshop (marketing visuals, retouching).Figma for mockups/components and basic responsive thinking.

Nice to have

Basic motion/video: After Effects / Premiere / CapCut / Canva.
InDesign (long- form) or simple AE motion for campaigns.
(Bonus) Basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
Pastel/Jira/Asana; awareness of Gutenberg/page builders and web constraints (formats, compression, breakpoints).
