Other duties as assignedby the management
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively
Send thank- you letters, small gifts, or greetings on special guest occasions
Coordinate with relevant departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to fulfill guest needs
Handle guest inquiries and assist with special requests
Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner upon arrival and during their stay

Prefer candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experiencen
Customer service mindset, friendly and professional
Good problem- solving and multitasking skills
Responsible and committed to the job
Willing to work in shifts (morning/afternoon)
Proficient in spoken English
