Update and manage customer data in the system
Support customer care activities and events when required
Provide consultation, answer inquiries, and support customers throughout service usage
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian- speaking clients
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose service improvements
Communicate and assist Russian- speaking customers via multiple channels: in- person, phone, email, and social media
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Languages, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in customer service, front office, or hospitality is preferred
Professional attitude, customer- oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Russian (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
Good command of English is an advantage
Strong communication and problem- solving skills
