Mô tả công việc

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
Promote loyalty programs, hotel services, and upselling opportunities.
Welcome VIPs, long- stay guests, repeat guests, and special arrivals.
Address guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Build positive relationships with guests through professional and friendly interaction.
Assist in guest satisfaction surveys and online review monitoring.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for special arrangements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Presentable, customer- focused, and service- minded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
Have experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
