Junior Customer Service & E- commerce Support

JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Communication

Explain product information clearly (materials,sizes, usage, care)
Reply to customer emails, phone calls, andplatform messages
Handle basic after- sales issues such asshipping, returns, and replacements
Maintain a polite, calm, and professional toneunder pressure

E- commerce & Platform Support

Assist with basic product listing tasks(updating descriptions, images, specifications)
Escalate complex issues to senior team memberswhen needed
Respond to customer messages on Amazon,Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, and other platforms

KOL / KOC Support

Assist in coordinating requests and passinginformation to the internal team
Respond to KOL/KOC and influencer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

Responsible, organized, and detail- oriented
Good English communication skills(written and spoken)
Ability to empathize with customers andhandle complaints calmly
Willingness to learn e- commerce platforms andproduct knowledge
Comfortable working under pressure and managingmultiple inquiries

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience in furniture, home improvement, or related product categories is a strongadvantage
Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, or othere- commerce platforms
Previous customer service or online retailexperience.
