We organise specialised events to help our members grow, build relationships, and strive for future success. Events include but are not limited to: facilitated seminars, lunches, Peer Group meetings, Zoom conferences, informal meetups, and more.
We are seeking a proactive, and personable Customer Relationship Coordinator (Business Development) who will focus on engaging prospective members, managing the membership pipeline, and supporting business development. The role will also involve outreach to advertisers for [C] Vietnam magazine, as well as marketing engagement, including performance marketing and [C] Vietnam Digitalization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed, and self- motivated individual who is interested in learning from an international working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Pipeline Strategy & Conversion Ownership
Track conversion and take ownership of the full membership pipeline, from lead generation to conversion, ready to report daily to the Chairman
Continuously optimise conversion rates through follow- ups, messaging, and engagement strategies
Maintain clean, accurate and updated records in the CRM
Lead Generation / Sourcing Potential Members
Proactively source and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, events, referrals, partnerships, and outbound outreach
Identify, track and engage potential members
Follow up with prospects, respond to inquiries, arrange consultation calls, and prepare tailored offers
New Member & Advertiser Onboarding
Facilitate smooth onboarding: welcome new members, and ensure seamless integration with the Membership and Events team into peer groups
Advertiser Outreach
Approach businesses and potential advertisers for [C] Vietnam magazine
Present advertising opportunities and support collaboration discussions
Event Coordination Support
Assist with invitations, RSVPs, guest communications, and prospect attendance, POSM preparations at BEN events
Marketing Engagement
Coordinate performance marketing and digital tracking for member conversion
Support on [C] Vietnam Digitalization and advertiser visibility
Feedback & Insights
Track key performance metrics and report directly to the Chairman
Share insights to improve engagement and promotional strategies
Gather feedback from new members and advertising partners
Cross- Team Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Membership, Events, and Marketing teams to align outreach, messaging, and conversion strategies
REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years’ experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and/or business development (B2B or membership- based organisations preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Ability to build rapport with senior- level executives, business leaders, potential clients, and advertisers
Confident in outreach and relationship building
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates fast turnaround times, is results- oriented, and takes ownership of tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office; hands- on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GlooUp, Zoho CRM) is highly preferred
Values punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
Self- motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
