BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FMCG) FULL- TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION
Market Development & Brand Onboarding:
Identify and approach potential customers including retailers, wholesalers, and key
accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales volume and market penetration in

Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a key point of contact for resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long- term relationships with existing clients and partners.
Channel Development:
Coordinate with distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock
availability.
Data and Reporting:
Conduct Market Research (online and offline) for each brand as business case analysis.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Utilize CRM and internal tools to record activities and customer interactions
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s retail and distribution landscape.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within assigned regions/projects
1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
