JOB DESCRIPTION

Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors such as agencies, printers, freelancers when required
Produce marketing collaterals (catalogues, posters, POSM) and support store decoration per campaign.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Design and create artwork according to brand guidelines for marketing and promotional materials to be used for the Vietnam market, both print and digital
Create ideas, write content, and design/brief visuals for social media, website, and marketing materials.

REQUIREMENTS

Marketing or Business Management Degree preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), capcut/adobe premiere for video
English communication
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

Ensures that all purchasing taking on is in compliance with regulations and laws related topurchasing practices and in accordance.
Collects and reports statistics to measure current job and supplier performance and record;
Support to analysis current procurement activities and recommends improvement through moreefficient procurement methods, quantity discounts, standardization, value analysis andcooperative purchasing.
Complete any other tasks assigned by line manager
Translate all necessary documents
Support to prepare and to deliver document of Operation team
