Compliance InternJob Description:

Assist in reviewing and monitoring compliance with applicable laws;
Support compliance control activities relating to:
Anti- Money Laundering and Counter- Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT);
Personal Data Protection;
Other regulatory compliance obligations as required by laws and regulators;

Maintain and organize compliance records and documentation.
Support in standardizing templates and documentation for compliance purposes;

Monitor and update new legal and regulatory requirements relating to:

Personal Data Protection;
Payments, fintech, and related sectors;
AML/CFT;

Other Duties

Translate compliance- related documents, policies, and reports (English – Vietnamese);
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Support daily administrative tasks of the Compliance;
Support preparation of reports to regulators (if required);

Job Requirements:

Final- year students or fresh graduates in Law, Economic Law, Finance, Banking, or related fields;
An independent, confident, excellent team- work and knowledge- sharing spirit;
Strong interest in Compliance, AML, Data Privacy;
Demonstrated good communication, responsibility, and loyalty;
Able to work full- time, intern duration- 6 months;
Proficient in English;
Carefulness in reading and understanding;
Discretion, ability to work under pressure.

Drive Cross- functional Collaboration

Innitivate/ propose ideas into clear requirements, feedback loops, and action
Act as a connector across teams (Brand, Creative, Product, AI, Design) to ensure smooth project execution
Track progress and proactively push projects forward with speed & clarity

Testing, QC and validate for project&039;s features, interfaces, and user journeys
Propose actionable ideas to enhance performance, optimize workflow
Analyze user behavior, pain points, and feedback to uncover improvement opportunities

Scout and experiment with emerging AI tools (text, image, video, automation)
Support rapid prototyping and iteration of AI- driven initiatives
Contribute ideas to AI- powered features, workflows, and marketing use cases

Amplify Internal Adoption

Help craft narratives, materials, and touchpoints that make AI accessible and exciting
Support planning for communications of internal campaigns

Talent Acquisition Intern (Mass Recruitment)

Support TA team in executing high- volume recruitment for Salesman and Field Operation positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines to ensure timely and quality hiring. Additionally, provide administrative support across recruitment documentation, candidate tracking, onboarding preparation, and employer branding activities.

Job Description:1. Mass Recruitment Execution & Talent Pipeline (80%)

Actively engage candidates throughout the hiring process to improve conversion rates.
Build and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews based on defined criteria.
Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up closely with candidates to ensure high attendance and low drop- off rates.
Proactively source candidates via job boards (TopCV, Vieclam24h), social media, referral channels, and other available sources.
Support organizing mass hiring activities (walk- in interviews, hiring days, offline recruitment events if any).
Support end- to- end recruitment for mass positions (Salesman, Field Operations) with a strong focus on hiring volume and speed.

2. Recruitment Operations & Reporting (20%)

Update and manage candidate data on ATS and tracking files accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Track daily recruitment performance (CV volume, interview rate, offer rate, show- up rate, etc.).

Job Requirements:

Strong interest in recruitment, especially in high- volume / frontline hiring. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Able to work at least 5 days per week.
Experience with field sourcing or social media recruitment is an advantage.
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Detail- oriented, well- organized, able to handle multiple tasks & eager to learn.
