JOB DESCRIPTION

Content Creation & Design:

Edit and design high- quality short- form videos, posts, and visuals optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
Create eye- catching graphics, motion designs, and video content that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Adapt content to different platforms while maintaining consistency in tone, style, and branding.

Collaboration with Marketing:

Translate scripts, briefs, and campaign ideas into compelling visual formats that drive engagement and lead generation.
Support creative brainstorming for new campaign ideas and content formats.
Work closely with the Marketing team to bring content strategies to life through engaging visuals and video edits.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design (experience with short- form social media content is highly preferred).
Must- Have Skills:
Strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and visual branding.
Ability to produce engaging and high- quality content under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with performance goals.
High proficiency in CapCut for professional video editing.
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in Adobe design tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience in creating content within the education or consultancy sector.
In- depth knowledge of social media trends and algorithms (TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
Attributes: Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexibility and adaptability; outgoing and collaborative personality.
