JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive and review approved purchase requests related to F&B items.
Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations, report findings to Management, and propose improvements to the procurement process.
Monitor and update delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Conduct market research to review input costs, selling prices, and consumer trends in order to recommend adding or removing products in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues arising during the purchasing and receiving process.
Work directly with suppliers to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions.
Source potential suppliers and compare quotations, product quality, and service to ensure the best purchasing options.

REQUIREMENTS

Good communication and coordination skills.
Bachelor’s degree or College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).
