JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail- oriented and analytical Accounting Intern to join our finance team. This role focuses heavily on data management and financial record- keeping. You should be comfortable with the entire accounting support process, from performing accurate data entry and journal updates to assisting with reconciliations and the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain complete and scientific information records of the company....
Perform banking transactions (transfer payments, collect full subsidiary books...)
Conduct random audit at kaya house cafe for cash management and cash float check
Work with external vendor in monthly reconsolidation
Carry out assigned financial, accounting & tax related tasks according to reasonable abilities...
Monitor, check and prepare inventory reports at the end of each month
Summarize input & output invoices and send them to Tax Accounting
Prepare payment for monthly salary
Prepare, print and close books of receipts, payments, other documents...
Conduct random audit in stock inventory for verifications
Monitor financial reports from tax accounting monthly, ensuring items are accurate according to the data provided
Prepare reports on revenue, expenses, cash flow according to the provided template....
Monitor and check tax declarations made by Tax Accountants and pay taxes that the company needs to pay...
Prepare profit and loss accounts for functioning unit

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

Basic understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and fundamental tax laws (VAT, PIT, CIT).
No prior work experience required; fresh graduates or students in their final year are encouraged to apply.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Documentation: Ability to organize, print, and bind accounting documents (receipts, payment vouchers, books) in compliance with legal regulations.
Banking: Basic understanding of banking transactions (transfers, payment orders).
Reporting: Ability to prepare basic reports (revenue, expenses, cash flow) based on provided templates.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Misa, Fast Accounting) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

Soft Skills & Attributes

Integrity: Must handle confidential financial data with discretion.
Proactive: Eagerness to learn and carry out assigned financial, accounting, and tax tasks according to reasonable abilitie
Detail- Oriented: High level of accuracy when monitoring reports and checking tax declarations.
Organized: Ability to maintain complete and scientific filing systems (both physical and digital).
Communication: Willingness to work with external vendors and internal teams (e.g., Kaya House Cafe) for reconciliations and audits.
