Mô tả công việc/ Responsibilities

Kiểm soát hợp đồng bán hàng

Manage sales contracts

Cập nhật tình trạng công nợ

Update the debt status

Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng, đại lý nước ngoài

Monitor the debts of customers and foreign agents

Đôn đốc công nợ

Follow up on the outstanding debts

Xuất hóa đơn VAT cho khách hàng

Issue the VAT invoices to customers

Lấy lệnh giao hàng và kiểm tra thanh toán ngân hàng cho các lô hàng

Obtain delivery orders and check bank payments for shipments

Sắp xếp, đóng file chứng từ

Arrange and archive file documents

Đánh giá chênh lệch tỷ giá vào đầu mỗi tháng

Assess monthly exchange rate fluctuations at the beginning of the month

Lên chi tiết sổ công nợ 138/131

Prepare detailed debt account 138/131
Yêu cầu/ Requirements:

Trình độ : Cao Đẳng, Đại học các ngành tài chính, kế toán, thương mại hoặc các ngành khác có liên quan

Education: College or University degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or related fields

Từ 1- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương

1- 2 years of experience in a similar position

Tin học: Biết sử dụng Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Tiếng Anh cơ bản (nếu có)

Basic English (preferred)

Có tính cẩn thận, chi tiết và kỹ lưỡng.

Detail- oriented and meticulous

Biết sử dụng FAST và BRAVO là lợi thế

Experience with FAST and BRAVO systems is an advantage
