JOB DESCRIPTION

JOBDESCRIPTION:
· Solving the problem related to daily work
· Good communication with agent, carrier,supplier, customer…
· Issue debit note, credit note, and check thedate to complete the shipment
· Contact with the warehouse and carrier to receiveoriginal docs.
· Input data in the company’s software
· Send arrival notice to customer
· Report to the Supervisorand manager details of shipments, reports, … if required or any problem
· Receive pre- alert from agent

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS:
· Graduated from College or above in related majors
· Know the process about ocean & air inbound as customer service
· Having at least 1 year of working experience in a forwarder as a customer service in the air and Ocean import section.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
· Good communication, Negotiation, pricing skills, proactive, hard- working
· Having experience working for a Japanese company or being good at speaking and writing English is an advantage
