KromLab is the Research & Development entity of XOMAD, one of the oldest influencer marketing agencies in the business. Our Ho Chi Minh based team loves brainstorming over happy hour, lunch breaks with live music, and (totally optional) team workouts. As a part of the XOMAD family, we have worked with Fortune 500 brands, including Unilever, L’Oréal, Nivea, Paul Mitchell, ShowTime, and more to develop effective influencer campaigns. We ensure brands their audiences with creative influencer- generated content that in turn affects real- world sales. Specifically, we are developing the following: 1- A data mining and profiling system that automatically identifies and profiles lifestyle influencers on social media (currently Instagram & Twitter). We are applying many AI and machine learning techniques from analyzing the text of what people wrote on social media with NLP to analyzing images to understand the context of the image using deep learning models. 2- A trend detection engine that automatically alerts brands about emerging lifestyle trends among their target audiences. 3- A web- based collaborative activation platform that connects high- profile social media users to local and Fortune 500 brands, and delivers effective authentic content to target market demographics. 4- A web- based business application that equips influencers with necessary tools to build, grow, and manage their business of influence, including a recommendation capability for lead generation and pitch creation. Our senior development team consists of a well- respected ElasticSearch expert- Duy Do, a humble ex- Misfit/time- series database specialist- Trung Huynh, a beer- lover yet highly competent ex- Sentifi Frontend lead- Thong Nguyen, and a world nomad HCMUS alum data ninja/scientist- Hoan Nguyen.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute release plans, to meet product roadmap
Document & maintain the product roadmaps
Prioritize which tickets need to be addressed in the sprint to align with the product roadmap
Translate business requirements into features, epics, and user stories. Make sure the tickets have clear acceptance criteria
Contribute to UX design meetings to ensure alignment with existing feature behavior
Coordinate with design to ensure that tickets have design specifications for development and QC
Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospective
Remove blockers and coordinate work to manage dependencies: understand blockers, root cause and find people who can resolve them or escalate to higher levels
Manage the product backlog
Prepare data and update content (use case, company profile, articles) on existing landing pages.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Coordination
Fluent English command in both spoken and written
Strong background in IT, SaaS, or system integration environments
Scrum experience is a must
Confidence to clarify, question, and challenge ideas, even with senior stakeholders
Strong logical thinking and structuring skill
Detail- oriented
Able to structure and clarify incomplete or ambiguous information, identifying context, assumptions, and constraints to support sound decision- making
Hands- on mindset; willing to go into details to ensure delivery
Self- driven and proactive; does not wait for instructions
