JOB DESCRIPTION

● Solve technical challenges & guide customers with clarity and empathy
● Collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve tough cases
● Support billing (payments, invoices, refunds)
● Follow up with customers & collect insights
● Improve support guides & resources

REQUIREMENTS

● English skills: TOEIC 750+ or IELTS equivalent (Good at English)
● Fresh graduate or 1- 2 years of experience in customer service/support
● Full- time position with a shift- based working schedule
● A proactive learner with a "get- things- done" mindset and a heart for service
