THE MISSION:

Creative Execution: Produce high- authority visuals for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva striving to meet elite global standards.
Full- stack Management: Drive the end- to- end digital flow, including content creation, strict scheduling, and active community engagement across all platforms.
Performance Tracking: Manage the roll- out of ad campaigns and monitor performance data to ensure every dollar spent delivers a tangible result.
Workflow Optimization: Direct creative pipelines and administrative tasks to keep the team moving at maximum velocity in a dynamic environment.

THE MISSION:

Resilient Mindset: You are proactive and thick- skinned. We need a high- energy operator who thrives on direct feedback and fast- paced environments.
Full- stack Interest: You have a strong desire to master design, posting strategy, and the technical management of ad accounts.
Endurance: You are capable of staying focused and productive within a dynamic, demanding workload.
English Mastery: You possess excellent communication skills (~IELTS 7.5 equivalent) and are comfortable working in a 100% English environment.

THE TERMS:

Location: Cafe- based (Ho Chi Minh City).
Duration: Initial 3–4 month "Fast- Track" period with a formal performance review
Stipend: 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND / month
