Are you organized, friendly, and eager to gain hands- on experience in a professional office environment? We’re looking for a Receptionist / Office Admin Intern to support our daily operations and be the welcoming face of our office.
The RoleHelp organize internal events and team activities
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting
Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and deliveries
Create a welcoming first impression by maintaining a professional, friendly, and well- presented appearance
Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
Support day- to- day office operations and administration
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Friendly, proactive, and detail- oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration or related fields
