This individual will provide crucial support to the Business team, assisting in the commercial planning process, data analysis, and preparation of materials for strategic client initiatives. This role is a valuable opportunity to learn about business strategy, financial viability, and client relations within a dynamic corporate environment.

Strategic Commercial Planning & Analysis Support

Assist the Business Manager and executive teams in preparing materials for annual and quarterly commercial operating plans.
Help monitor and compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goal progress.
Support with preliminary financial data gathering and analysis for incoming projects to assess commercial viability.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the database of company service offers and commercial templates.

External Relations & Strategic Client Support

Assist in drafting B2B communication materials, such as strategic presentations and follow- up materials.
Support Business Managers and Account Managers in the preparation of high- value proposals, including formatting and data input.
Help compile and analyze client feedback post- project.

Project Coordination Assistance

Support project teams by gathering data to monitor progress, outcomes, and key deliverables.
Assist project leaders in preparing reports to ensure project execution aligns with overall business strategies.

Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken) is preferred.
Good analytical and problem- solving skills, with an ability to handle data.
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s program in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in business planning, strategy, and media/advertising.
Familiarity with Excel and presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides) is a plus.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast- paced environment.
