Account Receivable Intern (Thực tập sinh Kế toán công nợ)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
Reconcile cash daily, weekly
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Prepare and send invoices to customer
Prepare and book bank into system.
Perform proactive collection efforts (phone calls and emails) on delinquent invoices

REQUIREMENTS

Good Excel skills. (Intermediate Preferred).
Can be communicate in English.
Bachelors degree in accounting, major in Accounting and Finance.

BENEFITS

Timeline: Monday- Friday (9h- 18h)
Benefit: 5.000.000 VND/month (gross) + 350.000 VND/month (Parking allowance)
