JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a detail- oriented and customer- focused 𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 – 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 to manage customer enquiries, quotations, order follow- up, delivery documentation, invoicing, and recurring billing.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early- career professionals who want to build a career in customer coordination, sales support, technology solutions, and business operations.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Receive and acknowledge customer enquiries promptly.
• Capture customer requirements accurately, including product, quantity, delivery location, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal product, technical, and operations teams to confirm specifications, pricing, availability, and lead time.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on confirmed requirements.
• Obtain the required internal approvals before issuing quotations to customers.
• Follow up proactively on open quotations and purchase orders to support order closure.
• Track each order from confirmation through delivery.
• Verify delivery documentation against the purchase order and quotation.
• Prepare invoicing after delivery completion.
• Manage monthly recurring billing for subscription and cloud services.
• Keep customer account lists, billing records, payment status, and internal trackers updated.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• English proficiency at IELTS 6.5 or equivalent is mandatory, as the team operates in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Detail- oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating well within a team.
𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Customer- oriented mindset with a genuine desire to understand customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with numbers, quotations, documents, and formatting.
• Well- organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines at once.
• Reliable, proactive, and consistent with follow- up.

We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented 𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 – 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 to support sourcing, supplier coordination, purchase order preparation, order fulfilment, delivery tracking, and supplier documentation.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early- career professionals who want to build a career in procurement support, supply chain, logistics, product support, and cross- border business coordination.
• Prepare and place purchase orders accurately.
• Source products from multiple suppliers and distributors.
• Flag any mismatch in model, specification, quantity, warranty, pricing, or delivery terms before ordering.
• Cross- check supplier quotations line by line against confirmed requirements.
• Collect signed delivery orders and maintain accurate supplier, order, and delivery documentation.
• Verify goods against the confirmed specification on delivery.
• Maintain and grow the supplier and distributor base across regions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure on- time delivery.
• Ensure order lines match the approved quotation exactly.
• Secure required internal order and payment approvals before placing orders or releasing goods.
• Track order and delivery status from purchase order date until completion.
• Obtain competitive quotations and confirm stock availability, pricing validity, product lifecycle status, and delivery timeline.

REQUIREMENTS

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
