[HCM] Marketing Leader (Trade Marketing) - Trưởng Nhóm Marketing (Trade Marketing)

Collaborate cross- functionally with Business Development, Retail, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales initiatives.
Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost- effective and ROI- driven campaign execution.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing overall team performance.
Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear direction, effective coordination, and synergy between Trade and Digital functions.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate campaign implementation, gather insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Oversee campaign execution across all channels, including media planning, trade promotions, digital engagement, and nationwide activation programs.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and ensure marketing relevance and competitiveness.
Measure the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and provide data- driven recommendations for future strategies.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and campaign delivery quality.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that strengthen brand visibility, market presence, and consumer engagement across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels.

Strategic trade marketing planning and execution.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in general marketing/ sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and sales performance tracking tools.
Relationship- building with retailers and distribution partners.
Experience in executing trade marketing campaigns and POSM management.
Strong understanding of FMCG, retail, or lottery industry dynamics.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Leadership and team management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proficient in English.
