[HCM] QUALITY DECLARATION INTERN

Check and provide feedback for departments, customers when there are any requirements regarding Quality Self Declaration, quality of product and label.
Review and revise the sub- label & product label.
Prepare samples and process the product checking.
Play as the key person to contact suppliers/factories to solve Non- conformity in workflow.
Source regulations relating to quality declaration, labelling, to update and apply.
Work with relevant departments (warehouse, accountant, import & purchasing team…) to get information serving for register & checking QD for import shipment & payment.
Other tasks are required by the line manager.
Play as the key contact to the third parties (supplier, laboratory, translation service, authority) to collect information, then complete the process of Quality Self Declaration registration.
Maintain, review, and update the quality declaration for new product/ product with new packaging.

Well knowledge about regulations relating food & food- additive, criteria of testing products.
Recommendation Letter from the University
Good translation, writing and verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
Under Graduated /Study in food/ chemistry industry/ import- export/ administration qualification.
Computer skill: Proficiency in MS Office, searching information on internet
