HCM - Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Quality

Take ownership of design deliverables across social- first and influencer campaigns, including visuals, branded content, layouts, motion graphics, and digital assets.
Refine and elevate design work through attention to detail, creative exploration, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Ensure all outputs meet high standards of creativity, quality, and brand consistency.

Collaboration & Implementation

Work with Talent Management and Account teams to ensure influencer/KOL/KOC content follows brand guidelines and visual direction.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Copywriters to translate concepts into impactful visual executions.
Support campaign rollouts by producing platform- optimized design assets on schedule.

Innovation & Growth

Share insights and best practices with junior designers, contributing to the team’s overall growth and creative excellence.
Experiment with new tools, techniques, and styles to enhance creative output and storytelling.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, platform aesthetics, and content formats (static, motion, short- form video).

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high- quality work under tight deadlines.
3- 5 years of hands- on design experience in creative or digital agencies, ideally with exposure to social/influencer campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.
Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution- oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere); experience with Figma/Canva is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in branding, digital design, and social- first content.
