HCM - Senior Strategic Planner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with internal teams to execute content- driven campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with influencer activations.
Conduct market research to identify relevant influencers and analyze trends in influencer engagement.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic influencer marketing insights.
Establish communication direction and digital approaches tailored to client objectives in influencer marketing.
Mentor junior planners and guide teams in influencer marketing execution.
Oversee media amplification and social media advertising strategies linked to influencer partnerships.
Push your own strategic thinking without more senior support for creative and data- driven strategies to maximize brand impact through influencers.
Lead the end- to- end strategic process (from briefing to presenting, deployment and report) in a collaborative manner across departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content planning, or digital strategy.

Skills & Knowledge:

Existing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Strong understanding of influencer collaboration, audience engagement, and campaign performance analysis.
Proficiency in social media trends, digital marketing, and influencer platforms.

Personality:

Strong leadership skills and highly collaborative.

Creative & adaptable – constantly seeks new and innovative ways to enhance influencer marketing efforts.
