WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
Support the design and development of engaging game experiences by contributing to gameplay systems, levels, and content creation. The role requires balancing creativity, player engagement, and business objectives while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
What it means on a daily basis

Research market trends, player behaviors, and game mechanics to improve game quality
Design and document gameplay features, game systems, levels, and player experiences
Identify gameplay issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process and workflow improvements
Collaborate with Producers, Artists, and Programmers to ensure design vision is implemented correctly
Create and adapt gameplay content, concepts, and level layouts based on project needs

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for documentation and presentations
Photoshop skills for mockups, UI concepts, and design proposals
Knowledge of mobile, PC, and console gaming markets and player behaviors
Ability to balance game systems and gameplay experiences
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic programming knowledge to understand scripts and technical constraints
Understanding of monetization strategies, player retention, and reward systems
Understanding of game design principles, game mechanics, level design, and UI/UX

Passionate about video games and industry trends
Willing to learn, share knowledge, and support team growth
Adaptable and open to feedback
Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Strong storytelling and communication skills
Creative thinker with strong problem- solving abilities
Organized, detail- oriented, and quality- focused
Self- motivated with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
