JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative and versatile

to join our Marketing team. The primary goal of this role is to tell our school&039;s unique story, engage our community, and attract prospective families through compelling written and visual content across all digital and print platforms.

Community Engagement: Manage social media interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive online community.
Events Coverage: Attend and document school events, open houses, and graduation ceremonies.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high- quality content for the school’s website, blog, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and email newsletters.
Storytelling: Capture daily campus life, student achievements, and faculty highlights through interviews, photography, and short- form videos (Reels/TikTok style).
Admissions Support: Develop marketing collateral for recruitment, including brochures, flyers, and landing pages that guide prospective parents through the enrollment funnel.
SEO & Analytics: Optimize web content for search engines (SEO) and monitor engagement metrics to improve content performance.
Brand Management: Ensure all communications adhere to the school’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Language: Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
Technical Skills:
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.
Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, or similar).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the education or premium service sectors.
Soft Skills: Creative mindset, strong interpersonal skills to interact with international faculty and students, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
