Do đó, Thầy tập trung vào việc phát triển kỹ năng tính toán cho Takeshi cũng như biên soạn các tài liệu mà qua đó có thể giúp con trai mình tự học.
Thầy Toru tin rằng công việc của một nhà giáo là nuôi dưỡng tinh thần tự học cho trẻ. Vì vậy, khi biên soạn tài liệu học Toán cho con trai mình, Thầy đã phải trải qua rất nhiều lần thử – sai – thử lại để từ đó giúp Takeshi có thể thoải mái và nhẹ nhàng khi giải bài tập mỗi ngày và dần phát triển vững vàng các kỹ năng học tập.
Điều này được thực hiện bởi theo kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giáo dục, Thầy biết rõ rằng học sinh chỉ có thể đạt được năng lực học tập đích thực bằng chính những cố gắng và sự tiến bộ của riêng mỗi em.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary
The Legal member isresponsible for supporting the company’s legal and compliance functions,ensuring that all education and franchise operations comply with applicablelaws and regulations, while minimizing legal risks in daily operations andbusiness expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory &Compliance

Monitor and update changes in relevant legal regulations and communicate them internally.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including education, franchise labor, commercial, and personal data protection laws.
Provide legal advice to internal department on education and franchise- related matters.

2. Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including:
Service agreements with parents/students
Partnership agreements (franchise, training, service providers, etc.)
Maintain proper contract management systems, ensuring accurate filing and tracking of contract validity.

3. Licensing &Regulatory

Handle legal procedures related to:
Education operation licenses
Franchise center establishment licenses
Other administrative procedures with relevant authorities
Liaise with government authorities when required.

4. Risk Management

Identify and assess legal risks in business operations.
Support dispute resolution (if any) involving parents, employees, or partners.
Propose risk mitigation and compliance solutions.

5. Internal Policies

Draft and update internal policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks (including data protection policies).

Conduct internal training on legal compliance foremployees.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
1. Education &Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience (experience in education or service industry is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Experience in contract drafting, compliance, and working with authorities is preferred.

Skills

Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills.
Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Good communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (legal reading and writing is an advantage).
