General Manager is responsible for operating and managing all work and operations staff in M Village&039;s luxury hotel, working under the direction of the Head of Operations.
Controlling and upgrading the system and equipment.
Welcoming guests, and supervising hotel operations.
Monitoring reservation lists, room status, emails, sales, and service quality reports.
Controlling room quality, product quality, and customer service quality, ensuring cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Evaluating guest satisfaction, creating a positive impression for customers.
Monitoring and checking work processes according to M Village standards.
Reviewing KPIs (customer service quality, training quality, staff turnover rate, etc.).
Building good relationships and images with all guests throughout their stay.
Managing operational and personnel costs.
Scheduling and arranging work shifts for hotel staff.
Conducting periodic evaluations of staff performance.
Directly handling incidents that staff cannot resolve (guest complaints about service quality, room cleanliness, and other issues) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Graduated from College or higher, or have relevant qualifications.
Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic, and good team support.
Team management, planning, and progress reporting skills.
Good communication and customer care skills.
High discipline and a positive attitude.
Experience in a managerial position in 4- 5 star hotels (preference given to candidates with a background in Front Office and Housekeeping).
Proficient in English.
