🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a hands- on Operator / General Manager to lead the end- to- end store setup and operations of a Dessert Bakery Café & Bar.
✔ 1. Store Opening & Setup Management
• Manage store opening timeline and execution plan
• Analyze market, competitors & customer segments
• Conduct location research & handle lease negotiation

• Optimize kitchen & bar workflow for efficiency
✔ 2. Interior & Equipment Setup
• Work with contractors for interior design & construction
• Source and purchase equipment (coffee machine, oven, fridge, etc.)

• Collaborate on dessert & beverage menu development
• Source suppliers & manage ingredient quality
✔ 3. Menu & Supply Chain Development
• Set up pricing strategy, cost control & profit margins

✔ 4. Hiring & Team Building
• Recruit baristas, kitchen staff & service team
• Conduct interviews and onboarding
• Train team and assign roles before opening

• Adjust operations based on feedback

• Improve workflow, service quality & customer experience
✔ Marketing & Branding
• Set up cost control & sales tracking
• Implement POS & payment systems
• Handle business registration & legal paperwork
✔ External Management
• Support daily operations during launch phase
• Collaborate with influencers & local communities
• Work with landlords, contractors, suppliers
✔ Operations System Setup
• Plan opening campaigns & promotions
✔ On- site Operations
• Handle unexpected operational issues
• Ensure food safety compliance & operational licenses
• Manage social media presence
• Build inventory, ordering & reporting systems
🎯 Requirements

• Able to work under pressure in startup environment
• Female candidate preferred (detail- oriented & meticulous)
• Fluent in English (speaking is a must)
• Experience in F&B / café / restaurant operations is a strong advantage
• Hands- on mindset (not just “manager on paper”)
• Strong organizational & problem- solving skills
💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 20 – 25 million VND (negotiable based on experience)
