As a Accounting Associate, you will support daily financial operations with a focus on accounts payable, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and cash flow management. Process vendor invoices and prepare and process supplier payments via bank transfer.

As a Billing Associate, you will work in Hanoi office Group Finance Team. You are responsible for managing day- to- day accounting operations in billings, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements of account accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain and update the customer database, including account setup and follow- up on required setup forms from internal teams.
