Fresher Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support Pre- sales and Development phases of projects, working closely with Business Development and Delivery Teams under the guidance of senior team members.

Coordinate with other project team members under the supervision of the direct team leaders and daily engage with overseas customers.
Assist in gathering, assessing, and analyzing customer requirements for software projects.
Support and participate in UAT testing to ensure the final product meets customer criteria and requirements.
Collaborate closely with different operation teams (Dev, QA) to ensure seamless communication and clear understanding of requirements.
Assist in project planning by helping to define the steps and resources needed for the project.
Draft and contribute to the development of design and business analysis documentation (such as basic user stories, wireframes, etc.) for the project.

REQUIREMENTS

Having a background in IT or Computer Science.
Language: Good English proficiency (4 skills) to communicate effectively with overseas clients and teams.
Experience: under 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, or a fresh graduate with relevant BA internship experience.
Soft Skills:
Able to work well under pressure.
Strong critical thinking skills and problem- solving mindset.
Attention to details.
Eager to self- learn and research, take ownership of assignments, and work well both independently and in teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice- to- have:
Exposure or basic knowledge of CRM/ERP and mobile application development.
Ability to assist in understanding and writing technical documents (SRS, BRD) in both English and Vietnamese.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic understanding of database structures (DB diagrams) and system integration.
Have knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic usage of UI/UX design tools (Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD…).
